Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. During checkout, you can view available shipping options along with estimated delivery times. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit or delivery. If there will be significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s.) The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

AG PLAS SDN BHD (Company No.202601011167 (1673265-P) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed (tariffs, taxes, etc.) during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items
If any items arrive damaged or your order is missing products, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery at agplas@outlook.com. We may require photos of the damaged items to assist with the claim process. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods when filling a claim.
