2. After 12 Hours

Once 12 hours have passed, the order can no longer be cancelled as it may have already been processed or prepared for shipment.

Orders that have been processed, packed, or shipped are not eligible for cancellation.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved and the order has not yet been processed, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

4. Important Note

The 12-hour cancellation period starts from the time the order is successfully placed.
