RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our return, refund, and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Return & Refund
All kitchenware products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been delivered, except in cases where the product arrives broken or damaged.

2. Broken or Damaged Products
If your product arrives broken or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your parcel.

To request a replacement, exchange, or refund, you must provide a full, unedited video showing:

The parcel/package before opening.

The process of opening the package.

The product and its condition immediately after opening.

The broken or damaged parts clearly visible.

The video must be continuous and clearly show the condition of the parcel and product. Claims without a full unboxing video may not be accepted.

3. Replacement, Exchange or Refund
After reviewing the submitted video and supporting evidence, we will determine whether the product qualifies for a replacement, exchange, or refund.

If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during delivery or before you received the product, we may offer:

A replacement of the same product, subject to availability;

An exchange for another product, subject to availability and applicable price differences; or

A refund, depending on the circumstances.

Any exchange or replacement is subject to our review and approval.

4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only allowed for products that arrive broken or damaged, provided that the customer submits the required full and unedited unboxing video as stated above.

We do not accept exchanges due to:

Change of mind.

Wrong choice of product, size, colour, or design.

Personal preference.

Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Failure to provide the required unboxing video.

For approved exchanges, the replacement product must be of the same item unless otherwise agreed by us. If an exchange for a different product is approved, any additional price difference may be payable by the customer.

All exchange requests are subject to product availability and our assessment of the evidence provided.

5. Important Note
Please inspect your parcel and product carefully immediately upon delivery. We strongly recommend recording a full unboxing video for your protection.
